Shipping, Returns and Terms for Arctic Restoration Specialties, Inc (ARS)
SHIPPING:
Small items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days via the United States Postal Service. Large items such as hoods, can be picked up from our facility in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, or shipped via FedEx or freight carrier.
RETURNED ITEMS:
Returned items are subject to inspection before acceptance, any damage will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items.
PRICING:
All prices are in U.S. funds and are subject to change without notice. Minnesota residents add 6.5% sales tax to order total.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All Canadian and overseas shipments must be paid by credit card or prepaid with certified check or money order before shipment. All purchases are to be paid in U.S. funds only.
PAYMENT:
ARS can accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards as method of payment. We also accept checks and money orders, but they must clear prior to shipment. Sorry, no COD orders.
Large bulky items such as hoods may require shipment via common carrier. All Canadian and overseas shipments must be paid by credit card or prepaid with a certified check or money order before shipment.

WARRANTY:
ARS offers no express, implied, or statutory warranty on any items, either manufactured by ARSor others on the site.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS:
Items not in stock at time of shipment will be placed on back-order status. Back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. Customer bears sole responsibility to cancel back- orders if they wish to do so. Customers are responsible for all freight and handling charges.
